Matt Lincoln has built a distinguished real estate career grounded in experience, leadership, and a genuine commitment to the people and communities he serves. After a successful 20-year career with Target Corporation, Matt joined his family’s real estate business (Don Lincoln Realty) in December 2013. His strong work ethic, business acumen, and client-first approach quickly set him apart from his peers. He joined Barbara Popp at Schuler Bauer Real Estate in 2015. He has served with Barbara as an integral leader of their partnership.
Matt’s career has grown well beyond those early achievements. He has developed an expanding portfolio of residential, commercial, land, and investment real estate business while helping clients navigate purchases, sales, relocations, and complex transactions throughout Southern Indiana and the Louisville metropolitan area. Licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky, Matt combines extensive regional knowledge with practical market insight, careful communication, and skilled negotiation.
Born and raised in Southern Indiana, Matt has served as coach, athletic board member as well as a school commission board member. He currently serves various roles within his church and is active as an officer of Council 1221 Cardinal Ritter, Knights of Columbus. His deep connection to the region, combined with more than a decade of real estate experience, allows him to serve clients with both local perspective and seasoned professional judgment.
