Jessica Carmichael is not only an associate broker with us, she also serves as our marketing manager. Jessica’s background in real estate and property management provide a strong knowledge base for those working with our company.  In her hometown of Bloomington, IN Jessica’s love for real estate started with working for one of the top agents in that market. Her time there providing great customer service and direct assistance for that agent sparked her desire to become a broker herself. She also worked for a large property management company in Bloomington where her skills with clients, property owners, and various maintenance support staff helped guide her towards the Real Estate industry.  Her experience in real estate doesn’t stop there, she also worked alongside a construction and remodeling crew assisting with home renovations. On top of managing our website and social media accounts, she is there for everyone when they need an extra hand.
